Shipping & Return / Exchange Policy

Shipping 

1. Orders would be shipped in 1-2 days normally.

Tracking Number  

1. We will send you a tracking number after shipment.  

2. Sometimes Post Office takes a while to update their system, so we have to wait 1-2 days then we can get tracking info online.  

3. You can track your item at the USPS website. Orders can be tracked on http://www.usps.com,   

Return/Exchange Policy 

1. You can return any item within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date on tracking information in its original condition.  

2. Returns for customized jersey will only be accepted if the customization is incorrect. You will be offered the chance to receive a replacement jersey of your choice or a corrected jersey as per your original order. 

3. Once a name or number has been printed on a jersey, we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.  

4. Shipping cost is not refundable because Post Office keeps that money.  

5. Refunds usually take up to 5 days from the day we receive the return item.
